BIDD Construction Group Directors Brett Iredale and David De Luca are both qualified plumbers with over 32 years of water, sewer and civil construction related experience between them. Their expertise in plumbing and drainage, plant operation and hire and project management ensures that they provide a quality, streamlined and efficient service to their clients at all times. BIDD has undertaken a wide variety of drainage, sub-divisional and civil infrastructure projects and consequently experienced strong growth over the last few years.

The company specialises in complex projects including deep excavations and multifaceted plumbing installations. These challenging works often require innovative cost saving solutions, thus providing value to clients by consistently delivering projects on time and to budget, incorporating compliance with the National Code of Practice and the highest safety standards. BIDD’s current Quality Assurance system is being prepared for accreditation. BIDD is committed to ensuring their client’s ‘Zero Harm Policy’ is met at all times.The company has built a solid reputation based on safety, quality and environmental responsibility. BIDD is also a member of the Civil Contractors Federation (CCF).

Brett Iredale

Director

BIDD director Brett Iredale started out as a commercial plumber specialising in Hospital Services. His areas of expertise included everything from steam, high pressure gas, heating, hot water and chilled water, medical gases and many more. He later moved into civil and large pipeline installations. After working for a large sewer contractor for over ten years, he gained experience and a solid reputation with Melbourne Retail Water Authorities (MRWA). His main expertise lay in deep open cut excavations, large diameter sewer mains, pump stations, confined space works, shafts, tunnels and boring.

David Deluca

Director

BIDD director David De Luca started out as a commercial plumber specialising in the construction of new warehouses, retail stores, car dealerships, and areas of the food manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries. His areas of expertise included hot and cold water, fire services, gas, storm water drainage, sewer, manhole and pit building, septic tanks, trade waste and earthworks. David went on to start a plumbing and plant hire company providing a personal service to clients for ten years. Footings, pavement preparation, road works and bulk excavation then also became specialties. David built a solid reputation with his clients who now continue to work with BIDD.
